Privacy policy

The controller of your personal data is H79 Group LLC, 501 Silverside Road, Suite 105, Wilmington, DE 19809, USA.

For any question or request about your personal data, write to privacy@h79.group.

On every visit our hosting provider records technical access data: IP address, time, the requested address and browser details. We use it to run and secure the website (legitimate interest) and keep it only as long as that requires.

Until you consent to analytics, the website stores nothing in your browser except a record of your choice in the consent banner. The one exception is the contact form: when you use it, its spam protection (reCAPTCHA) stores Google data in your browser. Fonts are served from our own server, not by third parties. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you consent.

When you sign up for news about a product, we process your e-mail address, the product, the website language, your role if you give it (user, partner, investor), the wording of the consent you gave, and the time and IP address of your sign-up and of its confirmation.

The legal basis is your consent. You confirm the sign-up through a link in an e-mail; without confirmation we send you nothing further.

Apart from the e-mail asking you to confirm your sign-up, we write to you once, when the product is ready to try. That message contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also withdraw consent by writing to privacy@h79.group. We do not track whether you open our e-mails or what you click in them. You can sign up if you are at least 16 years old.

We keep your address on the list until you withdraw consent, and at the latest until we send the launch message. We then keep the record of your consent and of any withdrawal for the limitation period (3 years, at most 5), because we must be able to demonstrate consent. If you withdrew consent, only a minimal record remains after that so that we do not write to you again; its legal basis is our legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

When you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, e-mail address and message so that we can reply (legitimate interest, or steps before entering into a contract). We keep the message for the duration of the conversation and afterwards only as long as needed for follow-up cooperation or to protect our rights.

The form is protected against spam by Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, which assesses your IP address, browser data and page-interaction data for this purpose (legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse).

We run Google Analytics 4 only if you consent in the banner on the website. Until then no measurement script loads and no analytics cookie is set.

We measure where visitors come from and how they use the website so that we can improve it. Advertising features and Google signals are switched off, and data is kept for 2 months.

You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings link in the website footer.

We share data only with providers that process it on our instructions:

• Websupport, which hosts the website and our h79.group mailboxes
• MailerLite, which manages sign-ups and sends our e-mails (data stored in the EU)
• Google, to protect the form (reCAPTCHA) and for analytics (Google Analytics)

The controller is based in the United States. MailerLite and Google may also process data in the USA; such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. Just write to privacy@h79.group.

Providing data is voluntary: without an e-mail address we cannot notify you or reply to you. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live. In the Czech Republic that is the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

We may update this policy when the way the website processes data changes. The current version is always on this page.
